Start writing. Think of whatever comes to your mind and get those fingers moving. You want to write quality articles, but you also want to get a lot out there so people can start seeing your name. The more you write on the internet, the more you can get your name out there.

Participate in the forums. Talk to others online and here their stories of what has and has not worked for them. You will also be able to find out about other paying freelance websites and how they work. It’s good to make friends on websites that have similar interests like you.
